Try our 5 day Smoothie Challange to leave you feeling great for the weekend!

Some days you need that little extra push before you open the door and leave the house to take on all the challenges of the day so we’ve compiled 5 smoothies that will help you start your day right and get you through to the weekend.

If you don’t have a smoothie maker yet, our current favorite is the Breville, which is yours for just £29.99.

Monday Smoothie -Blueberry Kick

  • 100ml full-fat milk
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 150g frozen fruits of the forest
  • 50g blueberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 tsp mixed seeds
  • 1 tsp honey

Tuesday Smoothie – Cool Coconut

  • 200ml (½ tall glass) coconut milk
  • 4 tbsp coconut milk yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, sunflower and pumpkin seed
  • 120g (¼ bag) frozen mango chunks
  • 1 passion fruit, to finish

Wednesday Smoothie – Tangy Tropics

  • 3 passion fruit
  • 1 banana
  • 1 small mango, peeled, stoned and chopped
  • 300ml orange juice
  • ice cubes

Thursday Smoothie – Cranberry Push

 

  • 200ml cranberry juice
  • 175g frozen raspberry, defrosted
  • 100ml milk
  • 200ml natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar, or to taste
  • mint, to serve

Friday Smoothie – Forest Fruits Friday

 

  • frozen fruits of the forest
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • low-fat fruits of the forest yogurt

When you’e done you’ll be feeling fresh for the weeked and you’ll be ready to make the most of the days that count. Why settle for any less?
